工藝原理：設備采用塑料粒料→擠出機：原料融熔塑化→ 快換過濾網→兩層共擠分配器→兩層復合擠出模頭成型擠出 → 三輥壓光機： → 冷卻定型裝置→ 輸送裝置：使產品繼續逐步冷卻定形→ 切邊機構：對產品兩側進行機械切邊→ 牽引裝置：牽引傳送→ 剪板裝置
