大腸桿菌表達(dá)系統(tǒng)制備，目的基因編碼的Gly132-Ser288表達(dá)純化而來。
FGF Basic質(zhì)量控制：＞95%(還原性SDS-PAGE)。
FGF Basic制劑：凍干品
FGF Basic保存：
凍干蛋白可在-20℃長期保存，室溫也可穩(wěn)定保存3周。
復(fù)溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天。
復(fù)溶后建議分裝凍存在-20℃，可保存3個月，應(yīng)避免反復(fù)凍融。
FGF Basic復(fù)溶：
1、試劑開蓋前請先離心。
2、復(fù)溶濃度應(yīng)大于100 μg/ml.
3、凍干蛋白溶于ddH2O中
4、復(fù)溶后根據(jù)使用量分裝保存，避免反復(fù)凍融。
