活性作用：
1.保肝作用水飛薊素為保肝的主要活性成分,具有再生作用,可刺激新的肝細(xì)胞形成,改善肝功能;同時(shí)具有肝細(xì)胞膜保護(hù)作用,預(yù)防細(xì)胞毒素浸潤肝細(xì)胞,并提高膜結(jié)構(gòu)缺損的恢復(fù)能力。
2.抗氧化 水飛薊素的酚羥基提供氫原子而有強(qiáng)大的抗氧化作用。它們具有清除自由基特性,抗脂質(zhì)過氧化活性。
3.降血脂 水飛薊賓能抑制成年大鼠心肌細(xì)胞質(zhì)膜Ca2+通道,抑制食物誘導(dǎo)的血膽固醇過高,降低極低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)與低密度脂蛋白(LDL),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL),可用于心血管系統(tǒng)疾病的治療。
