The founder is Chen Xingdan----an academician of CAS (Chinese Academy of Science). Founder members also include doctors and professors in optics, computer and mechanics. Starspec is titled as “National High Technology Enterprise”, which specializes in Opto-mechatronics instrument, Starspec’s CCD spectrum analysis system have been applied to LED test and sort since 2003.
