本設備通過差偏式磁盤或電子測速速偏差器，在線調(diào)節(jié)收卷速度，實現(xiàn)與主機線速度的同步。主要零部件選用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料，采用進口加工中心一次加工完成，零部件質(zhì)量優(yōu)越，易損件使用壽命更長。
卷繞方式采用主動式收卷結(jié)構，卷繞成形緊密，不松散。
卷繞同步張力采用PLC編程調(diào)頻計算方式，保持倒卷材料保持穩(wěn)定張力收卷，平面交叉紋路清晰
卷繞機入料前段設計恒定線速度控制機構，保證材料進機穩(wěn)定
