用途及構成：
本機組是我公司參照國外先進設備，結(jié)合幾十年塑機生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)驗而開發(fā)的升級換代產(chǎn)品，是用于制作PP繩，又叫亞麻繩，南韓麻繩，強度高，耐磨，適用于高空作業(yè)，沿海港口，水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖，海上作業(yè)高強度圓絲，及二次成型的塑料亞麻扁絲的理想設備。
本機組由擠出機、冷卻水箱、五輥牽引機、空氣循環(huán)加熱烘箱、五輥牽引成型機、臥式收卷機、電控箱七大部件組成。
特點：
1、采用混煉型高強度合金鋼螺桿、具有塑化性能好，擠出量均勻，耐腐蝕、耐磨損等優(yōu)點。
2、新穎模頭結(jié)構，濾網(wǎng)更換方便，耐熱合金噴絲板，噴絲尺寸統(tǒng)一。
3、五輥牽引機設置聯(lián)動裝置，實現(xiàn)速度同步調(diào)節(jié)。
4、冷、熱水箱由不銹鋼板制作，永不生銹。
5、臥式收卷機由力矩電機實現(xiàn)單絲收卷。收卷平穩(wěn)噪聲低、節(jié)能、可靠性好。
