HT-K219L系列粉劑包裝機是針對粉末物料實現自動包裝而設計的雙輥筒的包裝機械。該機采用了先進的工業計算機控制系統，通過“人機對話”可方便準確的實現制袋尺寸大幅度增長或減短及包裝速度的調整變化，中文觸摸屏可完成絕大部分功能的設置，各項設置操作簡單而明確。
該機有一組縱封熱輥筒、一組橫封熱輥筒裝置，封口采用輥筒方式，花紋采用完整、連續的棋盤紋。包裝物料通過供料螺桿定量分送后落入包裝袋中。該機還配有方便開袋的易撕口切口裝置，實現了制袋、充填、封口、光電自動校準、切斷、計數等自動包裝過程。
HT-K219 Power Packing Machine is the sachet filing and packaging machine for powers which adopts 2 rollers therefore can achieve 3 and 4 sides sealing .With advanced industrial computer control system, it can adjust teh size of the sachets as well as teh speed by the interaction of man and machine ,thus making your packing easier and more accurate .The LCD touch screen can perform most of the machine very user-friendly and the whole makes the machine very user-friendly and teh whole process simple and more precise. There are 2 rollers in this machine .One of vertical heat while the other cool sealing .The verital pattern adopts the chess board with anti-leakage line, the horizontal seals in the same way which can also change to strile sealing with such line .Filling , counting ,baging ,marking ,sealing and trimming are all done in one step.
