計算磷化槽的體積
根據工件的重量和面積計算磷化槽的體積,控制合理的產品面積和磷化液體積的比例,避免因為磷化不斷的工作產生大量的二價鐵離子,導致磷化液發黑,按常規來講磷化槽體的單位體積的負荷量是3-15平方米每個立方,不可以超過258平方米每個立方,否則因為槽液負荷過大,磷化液里的重要成分消耗過快,促使磷化液不穩定,難于調整。
磷化槽的制造
磷化槽一般分為圓形槽和方形槽兩大類,前面一種適合大批量的生產,后面這種適合與間歇式的生產。磷化槽所用的材質必須要能承受磷化液的腐蝕和耐高溫,必須要有足夠的強度能承受磷化液的載荷永遠不變形。磷化槽*好要用4-8毫米的厚度的鋼板,錳系磷化液溫度比較高,一般在95度左右,溶液酸度高,選用不銹鋼的,采用塑料槽的時候,要用8-14毫米的塑料板為好,有些磷化槽用水泥槽,里面放塑料板或者玻璃鋼防腐蝕,這種磷化槽制作成本低,可以制造大型的磷化槽。
船型的磷化槽帶有錐斗,便于收集磷化渣。錐斗可以排放在磷化槽的底部,也能在局部放置,底部應該設計成噴管,使磷化渣按照要求流到錐斗里面。
方形磷化槽底向排渣口傾斜,其傾斜坡度是4-8,在磷化槽傾斜的*低的地方應該設置排水管。
磷化槽體的體積一般是泵輸出量的3-5倍。
