N2752A InfiniiMode 差分探頭是新一代低成本 6 GHz 差分有源
探頭，可與 Agilent Infiniium 示波器的 AutoProbe 接口兼容。
A variety of measurement function Agilent N2752A
The probe is integrated the universal high-speed differential detection using a variety of
necessary properties -- especially the digital system design, component design / charac
terization, as well as differential serial bus measurement applications. N2750A series of
differential probe provides 2:1 and 10:1 attenuation of the two kind is set, it is applicable
to many applications. Two attenuation range according to the input signal to the size of the
automatic configuration. Differential probe has a 200 KΩ( differential ) or 100 K Ω( each
input terminal to the ground ) input impedance, and the 700 fF ultra low input capacitance,
the circuit load is reduced to the lowest level. The advantages and excellent signal fidelity,
so that the probe becomes most digital design and debug application ideal. While the wide
dynamic range ( 10:1 attenuation ratio of 10 Vpp ) and offset range (± 15 V ) make them
