本技術協議根據MARROL 73/78公約附則IV，IMO MEPC 2（VI）決議,MEPC.227(64)條約進行設計、制造、試驗、驗收和交付的技術依據，并作為合同的附件。
The technical regulation is under regulation of MARROL 73/78 annec IV，IMO resolution MEPC 2(VI),MEPC.227(64) treaty for the design,. It is the technical basis of design, manufacture, test, accep- tance and delivery for this device, and it’s also the attachment of contract.

本生活污水處理裝置裝置主要由下列主要部件組成:曝氣柜、接觸柜、沉淀柜、膜柜、粉碎泵、漩渦式氣泵、排放泵、電控箱、膜組、紫外線消毒器、管路附件。
The Sewage Treatment Plant device is mainly constituted by aeration tank,contact oxidation tank, settling tank, membrane tank, cutting pump, air pump, discharge pump, electric control box,membrane module, UV sterilizer and accessories of pipe lines.
