焊接工藝評定（Welding Procedure Qualification Record，簡稱WPQR)為驗證所擬定的焊件焊接工藝的正確性而進行的試驗過程及結果評價，一般在考取ISO9606國際焊工證時，都需要焊工的焊接件按照EN15614進行焊接工藝評定，在合格后，簽發國際焊工證。

焊接工藝評定目的：
1.評定施焊單位是否有能力焊出符合相關國家或行業標準、技術規范所要求的焊接接頭；
2.驗證施焊單位所擬定的焊接工藝規程是否正確；
3.為制定正式的焊接工藝指導書或焊接工藝卡提供可靠的技術依據。
適用范圍：
1.適用于鍋爐、壓力容器、壓力管道、橋梁、船舶、航天器、核能以及承重鋼結構等鋼制設備的制造、安裝、檢修工作；
2.適用于氣焊、焊條電弧焊、鎢極氬弧焊、熔化極氣體保護焊、埋弧焊、等離子弧焊、電渣焊等焊接方法。
EN15614焊接工藝評定流程：
1.提交委托書和參數；
2.編制預焊接工藝規程；
3.焊接試件；
4.外觀檢查；
5.合格后出具焊接工藝評定。
