LF-TS6脫水防銹油
一、作用廣泛
本公司生產的LF-TS6脫水防銹油主要應用于各種行業的鋼鐵件表面防銹防腐蝕處理。例如：軸承，液壓件，液壓管道，沖壓件，五金，鈑金，緊固件，等重要機械零部件。
二、特性
本脫水防銹油擁有很好的脫水性能，表面有一層致密的保護膜，能提高被封閉鋼鐵零件的耐腐蝕強度。
三、主要參數
顏色：棕紅色 形態：油性液態 酸堿度：7.02±0.0005
比重值：0.876±0.001 粘性度（38度時）：4.01~7.35 mm2/s
四、儲藏和包裝
20公斤/桶，采用塑料桶裝。本脫水防銹油儲存的溫度2~38°C，嚴禁高溫、暴曬，可以長期儲存而不變質。
客戶須知：
機械零部件的浸油處理，使得整個表面保持一種油層，大大地提高了零件的抗
腐蝕性能。
一般情況下是不浸油的三倍甚至更高。
假設不浸油的鋅錳系磷化防銹性能是18個月，而浸油后的零件可以防銹性能達到2-3年。
又比方說不浸油的鋅系磷化耐鹽霧實驗4小時，浸油后在磷化膜不變的情況下卻能大大地提高耐鹽霧腐蝕能力。
耐腐蝕能力可以提高20倍以上。
如果用更好的防銹油可以進一步提高耐腐蝕性能。
如果浸的是差品質的防銹油，雖然也有一定的防銹性能，但是耐鹽霧實驗會很差，滿足不了客戶的要求，嚴重的會丟掉客戶。
可見，防銹油的質量的好壞，是影響零件的耐腐蝕性能的關鍵。
