黑膏藥機設(shè)計要求
黑藥膏機分成落料裝置、沖壓成型裝置、包裝、剪斷、傳帶運送四個基本裝置組成，整個生產(chǎn)線全過程自動化，速度快，精度準(zhǔn)確，無需調(diào)節(jié)走空，一部到位，省時省成本，既提高產(chǎn)量又省人工。黑藥膏機的落料采用定量泵定量法，將一定量的藥膏通過針活塞的運動作用進(jìn)入落料管，成型包裝則利用針凸輪的運動軌跡特征，配合傳帶傳輸藥膏的速度制作凸輪機構(gòu)，用沖壓方法使之成型，剪斷，傳送帶傳送整個過程。
