WX-TS6脫水型防銹油
一、作用
主要作用于不同行業的黑色和有色鋼鐵的表面防銹處理。比如：軸承防銹油，鈑金，五金，緊固件，齒輪，等等。使用效果好，防銹性能強。
二、特色
可以將帶水的工件放入其中，形成一層致密的保護油層，可以大大提高鋼鐵零件的抗銹的能力。可以解決客戶鹽霧試驗不足的問題。還可以提供SGS專門檢測報告

四、使用方法
1．浸泡法：把除油好的鋼鐵浸入本品6-9分鐘，在這里面每隔23分鐘上下抖動一次。
2．刷涂法：直接把蘇州脫水防銹油刷或噴在被防銹的鋼鐵表面。
五、注意要點
1．使用浸泡法時，油槽體底部需要有支架，并放置放水開關口和測量水位的卡口，當水位高于支架時，必須及時把底部的水給排出來。
2．采用本品的時候切勿加溫，注意著火。
3．若遇到氣溫較冷的時候，可能會形成塊狀物體，此時可緩慢加熱到45度，將這些塊狀的東西慢慢溶解，再繼續使用，不會對防銹效果產生影響。
六、防腐指標檢測
按照GB/H3652-27昆山防銹油濕熱檢驗方法。
七、包裝、儲存
20公斤/桶的包裝。防銹油的儲存溫度是-1036C，嚴謹高溫、暴曬，可以長期儲存不會變質。
