DX-TS6脫水防銹油
一、作用廣泛
我公司生產的DX-TS6上海脫水防銹油主要應用于各種行業的鋼鐵件表面防銹防腐蝕處理。例如：軸承，液壓件，液壓管道，沖壓件，五金，鈑金，緊固件，等等。
二、特性
本上海脫水防銹油擁有很好的脫水性能，表面有一層致密的保護膜，能提高被封閉鋼鐵零件的耐腐蝕強度。
三、主要參數

比重值：0.8870.001 粘性度（38度時）：3.986.98 mm2/s
四、采用方法
1．浸泡法：將清洗干凈的鋼鐵件浸泡在其中25分鐘取出，當中每隔12分鐘要上下抖動一下。
2．噴涂刷法：可以把脫水防銹油刷涂或者噴涂在被防腐的工件的外面。
五、使用要點
1．采用的時候切勿加溫，注意明火。
2．如果天氣較冷，在運輸路程中，有可能出現塊狀物體，這時需要緩慢生熱到38C左右，將這些塊狀東西融化，才能繼續使用，使其不會影響防腐蝕的效果。
六、儲藏和規格
20公斤/桶，采用塑料桶裝。本脫水防銹油儲存的溫度138C，嚴禁高溫、暴曬，可以長期儲存而不變質。

4.脫水防銹油前處理主要包括除油，酸洗等工序，比方說如果除油不徹底，可能導致的是黑色磷化膜便面有花斑。
5.著色前必須水洗，而且需要注意的是著色劑千萬不能加熱，很有可能導致著色劑不穩定，甚至出現報廢的可能。
6.著色劑時間也不要太長，看見有一層黑膜就可以了，否者可能會導致黑磷化掉膜。
7.有人說我們的高溫發黑操作簡單，看起來美觀。但是它能耗大，效率低下，特別是耐腐蝕性很差，鹽霧時間只能達幾個小時，最多就十幾個小時。
8.發黑和我們的黑色錳系磷化鹽霧時間是沒法比的，我們可以達到72小時，
9.現在一些汽車零部件嚴禁使用發黑工藝，采用錳系磷化，特別是老外他們一般都要求磷化處理。
