繃簧鋼

繃簧在沖擊、振動(dòng)或長(zhǎng)時(shí)間交變應(yīng)力下運(yùn)用,所以要求繃簧鋼有高的抗拉強(qiáng)度、彈性極限、高的疲勞強(qiáng)度。在工藝上要求繃簧鋼有必定的淬透性、不易脫碳、表面質(zhì)量好等。

碳素繃簧鋼即含碳量wc在0.6%~0.9%范圍內(nèi)的優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼(包含正常和較高含錳量的)。合金繃簧鋼主要是硅錳系鋼種,它們的含碳量稍低,主要靠添加硅含量WSi(1.3%~2.8%)進(jìn)步功能;別的還有鉻、鎢、釩的合金繃簧鋼。結(jié)合我國(guó)資源,并依據(jù)汽車、拖拉機(jī)規(guī)劃新技術(shù)的要求,研發(fā)出在硅錳鋼基礎(chǔ)上參加硼、鈮、鉬等元素的新鋼種,延長(zhǎng)了繃簧的運(yùn)用壽命,進(jìn)步了繃簧質(zhì)量。

軸承鋼

軸承鋼是用來(lái)制作滾珠、滾柱和軸承套圈的鋼。軸承在作業(yè)時(shí)承受著極大的壓力和摩擦力,所以要求軸承鋼有高而均勻的硬度和耐磨性,以及高的彈性極限。對(duì)軸承鋼的化學(xué)成分的均勻性、非金屬夾雜物的含量和散布、碳化物的散布等要求都非常嚴(yán)厲。
軸承鋼又稱高碳鉻鋼,含碳wc為l%左右,含鉻量wc為0.5%-1.65%。軸承鋼又分為高碳鉻軸承鋼、無(wú)鉻軸承鋼、滲碳軸承鋼、不銹軸承鋼、中高溫軸承鋼及防磁軸承鋼六大類。
