除日常性保養各項目外,重點應檢查各部件的磨損情況

1、檢查上、下機架、主機底盤、上料皮帶機、限位開關等部位的聯接螺栓是否有松動現象,各腳板是否有松動,基礎是否下沉.

2、檢查襯板、葉片磨損情況,有松動、開裂、磨去1/2等情況時,應及時更換;葉片與拌筒間間隙過大,則調整至3-8mm.

4、檢查皮帶的磨損情況(一般情況下,皮帶可使用達到12個月以上),若有磨損嚴重則及時更換新帶,其長度見易損件清單.

5、檢查各骨料倉底部開門板的磨損情況,若磨損嚴重,如穿孔、漏料,則及時更換新門板,現場焊上.
