日常維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)1.每班開機(jī)前應(yīng)做工作1) 檢查各骨料倉是否裝滿.

2) 檢查水池水位情況,將水池裝水至上限位.

3) 檢查各氣路是否有漏氣、漏水現(xiàn)象,如有,則及時拆卸、清洗、更換,直至 不漏為止.有無軟管破損、老化.

5) 檢查各減速箱內(nèi)油量是否到位,油量不得過多或過少(按減速機(jī)說明書要 求).

6) 檢查螺旋機(jī)各加油點是否已加潤滑油脂.

7) 檢查各輸送皮帶松緊是否合適、跑偏是否嚴(yán)重,若不行則要求先空轉(zhuǎn)運行并 調(diào)整后部張緊裝置至合適,注意此時應(yīng)關(guān)閉骨料倉門.

8) 檢查皮帶機(jī)托輥轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活,否則應(yīng)拆下清洗或更換內(nèi)軸承,直至轉(zhuǎn)動靈 活.

9) 檢查氣動兩聯(lián)件中過濾器的積水情況,積水量多需放出,油霧氣器中油量是 否夠,不夠則應(yīng)加夠,否則將影響氣路的正常使用.
