PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
樂泰® NSWC 100 is a non-silicone, water cleanable thermal
compound suitable for use between a heat sink and a variety
of heat generating components. 樂泰® NSWC 100
eliminates migration issues with silicone based greases and
can be applied manually, with automatic dispensing or screenprinting
systems. This product is available in cartridges or bulk
containers.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
樂泰® NSWC 100 is an excellent solution for CPU, GPU and
various power electronics applications where additional
thermal performance is needed.
