樂泰 STYCAST UV 7993 is a conformal coating designed to provide rugged protection from moisture and harsh chemicals. It is compatible with industry standard solder masks, no-clean fluxes, metallization, components and substrate materials.
樂泰 STYCAST UV 7993 meets MIL-I-46058C standards. 樂泰 STYCAST UV 7993 conforms to IPC-CC-830 requirements.

Moisture Cure for Shadowed Areas
50% relative humidity, 100 hours @ 25°C >70% relative humidity, 50 hours @ 25°C
Areas hidden or shadowed from the UV light source will moisture cure at ambient temperature and humidity. No further processing is necessary.
The above cure profiles are guideline recommendations. Cure conditions (time and temperature)may vary based on customers' experience and their application requirements, as well as customer curing equipment, oven loading and actual oven temperatures.
Storage Store product in the unopened container in a dry location. Storage information may be indicated on the product container labeling.Optimal Storage : 25 °C Avoid heat, light and moisture.
