Application Bonding
樂泰® HF8025™ is a non-sag, two component, room
temperature curing methacrylate adhesive system. The product
is designed to have fast fixture time and excellent bond
strength on multiple substrates including metals, plastics and
composites. 樂泰® HF8025™ contains spacer beads to
control the adhesive gap to a tight tolerance. 樂泰®
HF8025™ forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over
a wide range of temperatures. Typical applications include
structural bonding of plastic and metal components that must
withstand vibrations and impacts such as in portable devices.
