高速噴射機(jī)是一種快速、高精度全自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠設(shè)備。可一次性同時(shí)點(diǎn)涂多個(gè)產(chǎn)品，而且適用涂布多樣化材料，廣泛應(yīng)用于各種高粘度膠、表面貼裝膠、環(huán)氧、UV導(dǎo)電銀漿、IC 封裝膠、底部填充膠、密封膠、表面涂敷膠等各類膠粘劑的可控流量、高速度的精密點(diǎn)膠作業(yè)。全封閉的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)加上Y軸載物臺(tái)主動(dòng)伸出配合玻璃門的自動(dòng)升降，在方便取放產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)達(dá)到靜音的效果。
Featured by fast speed and high precision, SEC-500AD-V can dispense multiple pcs product at the same time. It can dispense with various material such as surface-mount adhesive, epoxy, UV conductive silver adhesive, IC encapsulation adhesive, underfill adhesive, sealant, surface coating adhesive, etc. The fully enclosed structure, automatic stretch of Y axis, automatic lifting of the glass door makes it convenient to place the product with little noise.
配備了本公司自主研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品SEC-9600噴射閥.是專門針對(duì)非接觸式噴射點(diǎn)膠，速度快、點(diǎn)膠精度高、可在不同的環(huán)境下工作點(diǎn)膠，噴膠頻率*高可達(dá)到250次/秒；噴射動(dòng)力強(qiáng)勁，可處理粘度高達(dá)至200，000mPas的膠水。 機(jī)器采用智能溫控系統(tǒng)，能有效地控制膠水溫度；專門配備的伺服平臺(tái)，機(jī)器運(yùn)動(dòng)更快速更精準(zhǔn)更穩(wěn)定。
SEC-9600 is designed for fast and high-precision non-contact spray dispensing. It can dispense in various environment with spray frequency as high as 250 times/s. Strong spray dispensing power can deal with glue with viscosity of 200000mPas. Intelligent temperature control system makes sure effective control of the glue temperature. Special equipped servo platform makes sure fast speed, high precision, and stability.
