整機特性：
1.精密點焊機由精密點焊電源和精密點焊機頭組成，精密點焊電源也可與其他自動化工裝配套使用；
2.具有兩段電流放電控制功能和電流緩升及緩降功能，可以有效地減小焊接飛濺，提高焊接質量；
3.配備微電腦控制系統，可以存儲9組焊接規范供用戶選擇；
4.根據焊件焊接要求，可選配單面雙點機頭或單面單點機頭；
5. 廣泛用于金屬薄片，金屬絲的精密點焊，如電池組，保險絲，燈絲，導電端子，儀表儀器的精密焊接。
