Application Suitable for all fabrics which endurable in high temperature of 150-180 degree.

Mix proportion White: White plastisol ink 60% + Clear plastisol ink 10% + Puff plastisol ink 30%
Colored: Colored plastisol ink 10% + Clear plastisol ink 60% + Puff plastisol ink 30%
Printing process 1. Printing with clear plastisol ink for 1-2 times (4-6 scrapes per time)
2. Mixing white/colored plastisol ink, clear plastisol ink, puff plastisol ink and stirring them evenly
3. Printing again for 2-3 times.
4. Baking for 1~3 minutes under 150~180℃ to dry it fast.
5. Finish.
Attentions 1. More puff plastisol ink with lower washing ability.
2. Basement process is necessary to make good washing ability.

應用 100%棉、棉/滌混紡、滌綸、深淺色布、牛仔布等各種織物，凡滿足以下兩點的織物均可使用：
1. 能耐150C～180C；
2. 有透氣性，可以使油墨滲透進去。不適合的承印物比如：塑料、金屬、玻璃等及經防水處理的尼龍布。

調配比例 印白色：白油墨60% + 透明油墨10% + 發泡油墨30%

工藝流程 1. 絲網選用100-120目，用絲印硬方刀75度刮印, 以透明油墨打底1-2次，印*一次時用力刮4-6刀
2. 將發泡油墨和其他油墨拌勻印2-3次
3. 用熱風槍吹至表干，然后160度焙烘過熱15-30秒，不能壓燙
注意事項 1. 發泡油墨比例不應太多，否則發泡越高越影響牢度。
2. 印發泡前應先打底，否則沒有牢度。

2. Mixing with white printing paste, clear printing paste, pigment and stirring them evenly.
3. Printing for 3-4 times (3-4 scrapes per time).
4. Drying it in room temperature, or baking for 1-3 minutes under 150-180℃
5. Finish.
