性能與特點；
Performance and characteristics:
1、 通過外加套、主軸螺旋翅片和腔內噴頭加熱形式，熱效率達到95%以上，使物料快速充分熟化。
1. Through the forms of jacket, shaft spiral fin and chamber nozzle heating, the heat efficiency reaches over 95%, which makes the materials quickly and fully aged.
2、 采用勵磁調速，針對不同物料調節主軸轉速，以保證物料熟化達到要求，采用溫控調節系統控制蒸汽輸入量。
2. Adopt excitation governor and adjust the speed of the main shaft according to different materials, to ensure that the material aging meets the requirement; adopt the temperature control system to control the steam input.
3、 外保溫板和上觀測蓋采用不銹鋼板制作，提高抗腐蝕能力，延長設備使用壽命。
3. The exterior insulation plate and the upper observation cover adopt stainless steel, to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
4、 利用自動疏水系統，將蒸汽冷凝水回收至鍋爐，提高廢水利用率、降低能源小紅。
4. Make use of the automatic drainage system, to reclaim the steam condensate to the boiler, improve the wastewater utilization rate and reduce energy consumption.
