Product Description:STYCAST EFF 15 is a one component, epoxy based, free flowing syntactic foam powder. It exhibits very little shrinkage during cure so that very little stress is transmitted to embedded components. STYCAST EFF 15 has excellent dielectric properties and is selfextinguishing after an external flame is removed.
Applications:STYCAST EFF 15 is designed to infiltrate around densely packed components, to fill voids in electronic modules and to lend physical support to delicate components.
Cure Schedule:Cure at any one of the recommended cure schedules.
